We provide a range of information and support to those experiencing Gambling Related Harms.
Betknowmore UK was set up by individuals who experienced gambling harms in their own lives, to help others going through similar experiences. Uniquely, we deliver support led by individuals with their own stories of gambling harms, who have been trained to help others, using skills such as CBT techniques, motivational interviewing and intensive mentoring.
The National Gambling Support Network (NGSN) is a group of organisations across Great Britain who provide free, confidential and personalised support for anyone who’s experiencing problems from gambling, as well as those affected by someone else’s gambling. Find out more here.
