Betknowmore UK are proud to share our latest Charity Impact update, celebrating the achievements across our services and the individuals who make it all possible.

 Achievements include the continued growth of Peer Aid, which has seen record referrals and launched new accredited training programmes, and the development of New Beginnings, now reaching its 27th cohort with new weekend support groups and a popular podcast- our impact continues to grow. GOALS has deepened its community outreach with new hubs in Islington and workshops with partner networks, while Breaking the Cycle has built momentum within Black communities across London, delivering vital education and support on gambling harms.

We have trained 347 people through the Armed Forces Gambling Support Network, with more sessions and activities planned throughout 2025. 

Other highlights:

  • Core-10 scores improved by 7.6 points, and PGSI scores reduced by 11.8
  • 90% of clients report better understanding of gambling harms and more optimism for the future
  • Our Tempo Time Credits scheme has recognised over 100 hours of volunteer support
  • The introduction of therapy dogs to enhance Peer Support experiences
